The Danish star sits heavily on the world rankings.
Both in Women's Singles, Mixed Doubles and Men's Doubles is in fact the Danish players who come out on top of the rankings. In Women's Singles is Tina Baun, who has just moved up as number one in front of Indian Saina Nehwal. The two strongest Chinese Wang Xin and Wang Yihan is number three and four. And the Mens Doubles with Carsten Mogensen and Mathias Boe, who last week surprisingly knocked out of the China Open, can comfort themselves by saying that they still have their first seat on the prestigious ranking. Just close after them in second place, we find Kien Keat Tan Boon Heong from Malaysia. Thomas Laybourn and Kamilla Juhl takes top spot in Mixed Doubles. The Danes is just ahead of the Indonesians Hendra Gunawan and Vita Marissa, who is number two. All Danish world number ones can be experienced at home between Christmas and New Year in Copenhagen Masters.
