ConCor is looking for a Test Automation Project Manager/Architect Lead, Expert level.
Background:
Our project has several teams which work with test automation and with various tools. As part of the improvement of our way of working and to support more frequent
releases test automation is a key enabler. We’re now looking for a Test Automation architect to take lead in our E2E test automation initiative. The role requires a person
with broad technical understanding of various test automation tools but primarily the ability to liaise over team borders to ensure the E2E process is efficient.
Work and Experience in:
- Maintain status of overall E2E development lifecycle test automation roadmap for the program
- Work with delivery areas (organized as agile release trains/traditional projects) about their in development test automation
- Work with E2E IT landscape automation team to resolve cross functional automation impediments.
- Asses solution proposals (design proposals) from a testability and test automation perspective
- Interface with key stakeholders in deploy & release management, and parallel line organizations
Required skills:
- Strong leadership- and stakeholder management skills are extremely important in this role.
