ConCor is currently looking for a Senior Project Manager
Project start date: ASAP
Project estimated end date: 01JAN19
The primary working site(s) will be:
Malmö, but with regular travelling, especially to Switzerland.
Background:
The scope includes the implementation of Global view for the management of HR/Payroll data and Kronos for Timekeeping and Staff Planning.
Dedicated resources are assigned from the country and the global organizations, Business Solutions Group Functions (BSGF) and Group HR.
Requires knowledge and experience in
· People and communication skills
· Planning and management skills
· Good in stakeholder management as there are many teams involved to co-ordinate
· Good in handling issues being a cost conscious in an efficient way
· Experience with Project Management Methods and tools, specifically PPS methodology
· Experience as a facilitator of inter-disciplinary workshops and meetings
· Ability to describe complex scenarios in a structured way
· Fluent in English, both spoken and written
