Bioquell QUBE for sterility testing and aseptic
processing
The Bioquell QUBE is used in the
pharmaceutical industry as well as in hospitals and can be designed specific to
suit the customers processing needs. The
QUBE can be used as an aseptic workstation for sterility testing which is required during the sterilisation validation process, as well as for
routine quality control and detecting major contamination in a batch. The QUBE
is a fully integrated hydrogen peroxide vapour (HPV) solution that meets the
high challenges of sterility testing. The Bioquell QUBE offers a rapid
sporicidal bio-decontamination process with a high level validated 6-log
reduction in bioburden. The QUBE can also be used as an aseptic pharmacy workstation for
compounding. In order to reduce the risk to patients is the bio-contaminations
control essential and therefore healthcare professionals are
looking increasingly towards the 'in-house' hospital pharmacy team to prepare
personalised medication for patients. To meet the challenges seen in aseptic
processing we recommend the QUBE to maintain an EU Grade A/ISO 5 quality
environment.
Easy to install
The QUBE can be manufactured and
delivered to the customer within 12 weeks. 5 days after delivery the QUBE is
