First of all we would like to wish

As stated in our last newsletter our
main goal is to make the working day safe and ergonomic for the employees and
to ensure a reliable and innovative solution for the costumer. This includes
introducing and presenting new products and solutions from our cooperation
partners but it also includes developing new solutions ourselves.
This newsletter presents both a newly
innovated washer from IWT and a new and improved laminator from A&H
Medical.
New washer for the pharmaceutical industry
IWT has through the years gained
lots of experience with improving and developing washers for the life science
industry and the pharmaceutical industry. The purpose of this new washer was to
design a washer with a reduced footprint, bigger washing chamber, simplified
design but still to a competitive market price.
IWT has indeed succeeded and we are proud to introduce the IWT washer
W200 to the pharmaceutical industry.
The W200 is
as the existing W300 produced in two sizes. The footprint of the small W200 is
40 % smaller than the existing W300-025 and the usable volume is 400 litres vs
250 litres in the W300. The large W200 has a 38 % smaller footprint than
W300-050 and the volume in the new W200-080 is 800 litres whereas W300-050 only
can contain 500 litres.
The
existing W300 series is though not phased out as it still contains some
features, that are not available in the W200.

Improved laminator for UDF Modules
During the
fall A&H Medical has developed and tested a new laminator for UDF modules. The
new laminator is H2O2-resistant and can therefore be bio-decontaminated.
Furthermore the material is much stronger which means that it is almost
impossible to tear the laminator. This is an important improvement which means
lower maintenance costs for the customer.
The new UDF
laminator can be mounted on existing and new UDF modules and LAF cabins.
