The player list and program for DANISA DENMARK OPEN presented by VICTOR will be updated because of withdrawals. Unfortunately, Lin Dan is one of those players who will not participate in Odense this year.
There are five withdrawals in total at this year’s DANISA DENMARK OPEN presented by VICTOR and therefore the player list and program will be updated after tomorrow's team managers meeting.
Due to his health condition Lin Dan from China will not play this year in Odense. The former Olympic and world champion was set to face Ajay Jayaram from India and the Indian men’s single is also out of the tournament because of a withdrawal together with his country man Sameer Verma.
Danish women’s single Amalie Hertz has withdrawal from the qualification and is replaced with Ya Lan Chang, Chinese Taipei.
In the men’s doubles the finalist from last year Bodin Isara/Nipitphon Phuangphuapet from Thailand will not participate in Odense on Wednesday where they should meet Rankireddy/Shetty. The Indian double will now play against Eui Seok Chung/Duk Young Kim from Korea.
