They made it through to the finals by beating the Olympic Champions Kien Keat Koo/Boon Heong Tan 21-16 21-19. It was close but the Danish double seemed to have the upper hand through out the match.
“We can defeat everyone when we play our best. We are in a great shape right now and if we keep our focus we can go all the way,” said Mathias Boe and Carsten Mogensen after the match. They played with a lot of spirit today and were focused on taking the lead in every rally.
First final
Boe/Mogensen have never made it further than the quarterfinals at Denmark Open. This year they enter the final. Tomorrow we will see if the two boys in pink can go all the way.
