A win in two straight games against Lydia Cheah gives her perfect conditions for the rest of the tournament.
- It is wonderful to be back and be welcomed. I have been looking forward to these matches, because it has been a while since my last tournament, Tine Rasmussen says.
She admits that it had an influence in the beginning of the match, where she committed a lot of unforced errors.
- I’m getting irritated, because I believe, it is too stupid. It is a lack of focus.
Still, she was able to win a comfortable victory and is ready for Ella Diehl in tomorrow’s semies.
- I’ve been feeling a bit ill the last day, so I will go home and rest. But she is a player I’m used to do just fine against. She doesn’t like my attack, so I have to use that weapon – as usual.
