Background
The Web, Ecommerce & Digital department delivers global solutions that are used by retailers around the world. Within this department they manage several of our digital touch
points including native apps and the Mobile Web. The Client is about to rollout a new web platform including new Web Content Management and Range Management systems.
The assignment is part of a Business Support team in Helsingborg with main focus on supporting the national web teams in range related matters for the new web platform.
The main task will be to support co-workers in the national web teams in range management questions. The range management area will be the main responsibility, but they try
to give business support to co-workers via a broad knowledge base in order to support in cross functional matters.
Requirements:
Knowledge of range management systems (preferably Oracle's ATG/BCC) and an overall understanding of digital retailing with skills to optimize the digital touchpoints.
Deep knowledge of Range Management.
Good communication skills to meet our various speaking partners’ needs in a good way.
Experience from global support organizations with a good understanding of business user needs and how to communicate in a pedagogical way.
Other
The role will foremost focus on range management but experience from content management is also valuable for the assignment.
