ConCor is currently looking for a Freelance Senior Project Manager to work in Sweden.

Location: Helsingborg & Malmö
Background
The purpose with this assignment is to secure a successful launch of the Multichannel Launch for a specific country.
- Secure that the release/s that deliver the Launch Step are optimized and meet business needs.
- In close co-operation with the Launch Planning Team, develop the Release & Launch Plan for the country. This includes identifying launch and pilot tasks (if applicable),
identifying required documentation, securing business testing and business acceptance testing, and operational metrics, launch entry and exit criteria.
- Ensure a good understanding of what the receiving organizations can expect to be delivered, how and when. Also secure ways of working including service and solution
transition with the country, post-go-live support and receiving organizations.
- A number of projects, activities, efforts and initiatives that are taking place in parallel in the country. The Launch Manager will ensure that one and only one multichannel
roadmap and implementation plan exist for the country.
- Plan, execute and follow up all Launch Management related activities in scope
- Create WBS structure, identify milestones, dependencies, risks and critical path
- Create draft launch time plan with assumptions and ensure this is aligned to the supporting releases
- Confirm assumptions with all responsible stakeholders in order to base line the Launch and Release plans
- Conduct risk workshop with mitigation actions
- Secure daily tracking of test and defect resolution progress
- Based on progress, create forecast on deploy and launch weeks
- Communicate weekly progress to stakeholders via Launch Control Room and host daily LCR (if applicable)
Requirements:
Knowledge of the technical and business aspects required for a successful launch of a eCommerce initiative
Experience from similar change initiative with multiple stakeholders, global and local. Strong stakeholder management experience from working in challenging, dynamic
programme environment with strong stakeholders.
