Background
Out Client is reviewing their current co-worker survey solution - including process and tool. To bring in the latest market development we will work with several vendors to learn
about the possibilities and use these learnings to potentially update the processes and detail the requirements to the tool. It is currently not decided whether this will be a new
solution or change of the existing solution, whether it will be a stand-alone solution or be connected to another solution. We plan to use a SAAS solution.
The scope of the consultant services is to drive elaboration and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements for a solution to support the next co-worker survey.
Create the solution design and support the project team to perform an RFI with selected vendors. Validate and test the decided solution, support implementation and roll-out.
The main tasks in the assignment:
· Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and document the business need, known functional and the non-functional requirements.
· Is responsible for the Solution High level design.
· Support preparation of and participates in vendor meetings to learn about possibilities in the area of co-worker surveys Uses learnings to elaborate together with the
project team and stakeholders the functional requirements.
· Supports decision process for the selection of the final vendor.
· Configuration management and Service validation & Test Establish solution/infrastructure design in accordance to the architecture and provide technology advice.
· Involves and works closely with Business Solution Group Functions roles to ensure alignment to company standards as much as possible.
· Steers the project to follow decided architecture standards and ensure fulfillment of the functional and non-functional requirements in the solution.
· Govern that the design of the systems/integration/infrastructure conforms to the solution architecture and is efficient, meet business requirements and based on a
holistic architecture.

There is some possibility for remote/off-site work.
