For interim, freelance assignment ConCor needs a UX Designer; the project is planned to run for the rest of 2017.

As a UX Designer in this international company you need to work both independently and together with other UX Designers, Product Owners, Agile Development Teams and Business Stakeholders to create innovative solutions for all devices and platforms. You will also perform user tests, create prototypes and propose new solutions. You will work together with a Development Team in one of several product areas. The team is responsible with a Product Owner for the solution and the competence to achieve it is located in-house. You will also work closely with UX Designers in other Development Teams to align the overall User Experience on the company’s digital touchpoints.

As a person you are prestigeless, both giving and receiving feedback are second nature to you and you are comfortable with it as a natural team player.

ConCor’s client has strict guidelines regarding graphics and your focus will be on UX solutions - therefore AD skills are welcomed. As UX Designer you are also a part of the gathering of user insights using Google Analytics, A/B-tests and performing user tests through interviews with customers will be a part of your daily tasks.

Desirable software skills:

- Sketch (main software for UX Design in this company)

- Axure

- Adobe (Photoshop/Illustrator)

- In Vision

- Optimal Workshop

- Google Analytics

Desirable skills and experience:

- Basic HTML/CCS understanding

- Knowledge in development of computer systems and IT architecture

- Bachelor or master degree within HCI (Human Computer Interaction), Computer Science or Interaction Designer is preferred.

- Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)

- Updated knowledge of UI trends and technologies

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum processes

- 3+ years related UX design experience in company or agency

- Mobile and responsive design experience

- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and perhaps Swedish)

- Collaborates with stakeholders to understand and unite business goals and user goal.
